Summer Camp Activities

A balanced program of summer camp activities including sports and special interest programs.

Summer Music ProgramSwimming. All campers swim twice daily. Our morning swim is 20 minutes of swimming instruction taught by our certified pool staff. Our afternoon swim is 40 minutes of free swim time. Both swims are supervised by our lifeguards/swim staff as well as at least one group counselor in a chair with buddy board responsibilities. Swim lessons average eight campers per instructor and are grouped by ability. Our two shallower pools are heated and our larger 35' x 80' pool has a diving board. We encourage progression in our swim program, and strive for improvement in our camper's abilities and confidence.

Summer Music ProgramMusic. For junior campers, our music specialty covers the basics of song, dance, and games, and culminates in an end of the summer show! Senior campers can take music during their interest period if they wish to hone their skills in the performing arts.

Arts & Crafts ActivitiesArts & Crafts encourages children to create and play, offering camp favorites, such as tie dying and lanyard. It is scheduled daily for junior campers, and offered as an afternoon interest period for senior campers.
